Set in the historic picturesque town of Dartmouth on the west bank of the River Dart, the proudly independent Dart Marina Hotel undertook a substantial remodel of their river facing south wing accommodation, providing fewer but more generously proportioned deluxe rooms and suites to enhance their guest offer. 

Kay worked alongside the architectural team and client to produce room concepts for selection with a focus to frame the outstanding views of the River Dart with material specifications in line with the hotel's restorative brand values and natural surroundings. Kay collaborated with architects, designers, M&E engineers, structural engineers and lighting specialists to provide the high end specification and detailed technical information required for a hotel of this prestige.
