FX Plus’ brief was to maximise the University of Exeter estate at their Penryn Campus, providing an innovative Postgraduate Study Suite within their underused existing on-site gym. Creating a combination of distinctive but connected zones for quiet independent study, small collaboration rooms, open plan collaboration and lecture spaces aided flexible, self lead study working for a variety of postgraduate study programs.
